How do I order prints?
Ordering prints from Art Moments is easy. Any photos that you want printed must
first be added to your gallery.
You can either upload a digital image and then order the print online or you
can
mail in your photos and fill out the order
form manually. When ordering online you add the print to your shopping cart and
then you can checkout or go back to your gallery and order more prints.
Accessing your Gallery
To access your gallery, click the “my gallery” link at the top of any page. If
you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to login or register before
being brought to your gallery. Registration is free and simple, and an empty
gallery is created for you when you register.
Adding an Image to your Gallery
To add an image to your gallery, click the “Browse…” button. You will see a
file dialog box that looks similar to the one below (depending on your
operating system). Find and select the photo on your computer that you’d like
to upload.
Note: Be sure that “Files of type: All Files” is selected so you can see all
your image files. You can also change your file dialog to show thumbnail views
of your images. On Windows operating systems, do this by choosing “Thumbnails”
from the View Menu in the upper right hand corner of the file dialog box.
Once you’ve selected a photo, click the “Add image” button on your gallery page
to add the selected image to your gallery. You will see a message indicating
that the image is being transferred to your gallery. Do not close or change the
browser window. Doing so may cause the image transfer to fail. You may open new
browser windows while the transfer occurs.
When the transfer is complete, your gallery page will refresh and show you a
thumbnail of your image. Always keep your own copy of your digital images. Your
Art Moments gallery is not intended for long term image storage.
Ordering a Print
To order a print, click the “Order” button beneath an image in your gallery.
You will be brought to the Order-Print Options page. Here you can choose the
details of your print, and then click “Add to cart” to place the selected image
in your shopping cart (you can always remove it later). From the Shopping Cart,
choose “Checkout” to place your order.

This page allows you to choose the details of your printed photo.
Image Size
Use this drop-down to select the size (in inches) of your final printed image.
Note that all prints include a white border to allow for professional framing,
so the print that you receive will be larger than the selected image size. The
recommended maximum size is determined based on the original image dimensions,
which can be seen below the image.
Media
Art Moments offers you the same media that is used by professional artists and
fine art photographers. Use the Media drop-down to choose whether you want your
print on Watercolor Paper (a textured, acid-free, matte paper) or Canvas (a
semi-glossy, coated, acid-free, cotton canvas).
Quantity
Choose the number of prints of this image that you want. Note that image size,
media, and frame options will be the same for all quantities selected here. To
print the same image with different options, first add this image to your cart
and then return to your Gallery and re-order the image, choosing different
options.
Frame
Print Only (no frame):
Choose this option for prints that you will add to albums or scrapbooks, or for
prints that you want to mat, stretch, or frame yourself. You will receive just
the print, with no matting, stretching, or framing.
Ready to frame:
Choose this option for prints that you want to frame yourself. Watercolor Paper
prints will be delivered with a beveled, acid-free white mat and backing board
one size larger than the print (e.g. 8x10 paper prints come with an 11x14 mat,
11x14 paper prints come with a 16x20 mat, etc). Canvas prints will be stretched
on standard wooden stretcher bars and come with hanging wire. Stretcher bars
are the same dimensions as the image, so once stretched, Canvas prints have no
white border.
Frames:
Choose a frame style for prints that you’d like us to professionally frame.
Framed Watercolor Paper prints will be matted with a beveled, acid-free pale
mat and backing board and framed in your selected frame (8x10 paper prints come
with an 11x14 frame, 11x14 paper prints come with a 16x20 frame, etc). Framed
Canvas prints will be stretched on standard wooden stretcher bars with no white
border showing and framed in your selected frame without glass (8x10 canvas
prints come with an 8x10 frame, 11x14 canvas prints come with an 11x14 frame).
Framed prints come with hanging teeth or hanging wire.
Rotating your Image
You may rotate your image to indicate proper layout by clicking the “Rotate
Image” buttons below your image.
Checking Out
To check out and complete your order, go to your shopping cart by clicking "Add
to cart" or the “view cart” link at the top of any page. Here you can see the
prints you’ve ordered, and their prices.

Click the “Checkout” link to provide your billing and shipping information.
Review and confirm the details of your order (including shipping and sales
tax), and then enter your payment information. Click the “Place order” button
to complete your order. Your prints are on their way!
Is ordering online safe?
Yes it is. With Art Moments, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card
to buy dinner in a restaurant. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to
encrypt all the information you type in when placing an order (including
addresses and credit card information). Encrypted information cannot be read as
it travels over the internet, keeping your personal information safe and
secure. During checkout, note the lock icon in the status bar at the bottom of
your browser to ensure that your personal information is secure.
What forms of payment do you
accept?
Art Moments accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express.
What is a credit card verification
code?
For your added protection, we require that every order include a valid credit
card verification code (also known as CVV2 or CVC2). It is a three-digit number
imprinted on the signature panel of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards or a
four-digit number imprinted on the front of American Express cards. It helps
internet merchants ensure that someone placing an order has a legitimate card
in hand at the time of placing the order.

verification code?

If your credit card verification code is not legible or if you cannot locate
it, please contact your credit card issuer using the phone number on the back
of your credit card. Art Moments cannot accept an order without a valid
verification code.
Do you store credit card
information with my account?
For your protection we do not store credit card information with your account.
Do you charge sales tax?
For items shipped to California, we are required to collect appropriate sales
tax. This sales tax will automatically be added to orders shipping to
California during checkout.

How can I cancel an order?
