When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 3-5 business days after we receive it. During this time, your print is being handcrafted and packaged for shipping. If you’ve chosen a ready to frame or framed print, your print is being hand matted, stretched, or framed during this time.

When will my order arrive?
To determine when your order will arrive, add order processing time (3-5 business days) to estimated delivery times (3-5 business days depending on your location).

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is determined based on our exact costs for shipping, insurance, and packaging materials. Our goal is to always provide you with the most reliable shipping for your custom prints at the most reasonable price.

You can see shipping charges for any items by adding them to your cart and clicking the “Checkout” button. This step does not require you to enter any credit card information or make a purchase.

Can you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Shipping times may be longer for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.

Can you ship outside the United States?
Currently Art Moments does not ship orders outside the United States.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?
